Yoga facing the ocean
Enjoy the beauty of nature while having the comfort of being indoors: facing the ocean, our yoga studio offers a magnificent view for a practice connected to the elements. Every morning, the session is accompanied by the first rays of the sun, the song of the birds and the melody of the waves rolling…
The studio, made of wood and built on the basis of sacred geometry, is a place of contemplation, sharing and exchange.
It is equipped with comfortable yoga mats, bricks, straps, hammocks for aerial yoga, bolsters (cushions made here)... Everything you need for a pleasant practice.
A yoga, yogas: yin, hatha, aerial, yin yang, vinyasa… several styles of yoga are offered, from the gentlest to the most intense, to choose according to your energy of the moment
Every two weeks, we organize a ceremony on the occasion of the new or full moon, with a changing program that can include: yoga, guided meditation, sound healing, writing workshop, movement workshop, ecstatic dance…
In addition to aerial yoga (which is practiced in hammocks), we offer aerial fabric classes, a discipline originating from the circus which emphasizes the artistic side, perfect for exploring your creativity.
